We Have Range Of Heat Exchangers From Omt Group Italy, Consists Of: Air-oil Heat Exchangers; And Water-oil Heat Exchangers (shell And Tube).


The AIR-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS have been designed to be used on the return line of the hydraulic systems. the special structure of the cooler element in aluminium alloy increases the conductivity quality, and the brase welding process of the conduits allows a high thermic exchange and a good resistance to pressure, obtained by using qualified materials.

The WATER-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS sa series “shell and tube” are manufactured based on the most advanced technologies in order to make them very reliable even in hard working conditions. the tube bundle is made of a very high number of thin tubes to optimize the thermal yield until 75kw within a compact layout; the water circuit is inspectable and designed to get the maximum water saving.

Omt group is able to design and manufacture combined exchangers according to customer needs.

INTEGRATED THERMOSTATIC AND BY-PASS VALVES

EXTERNAL BY-PASS valve helps draining pressure peaks generated by sudden increase of oil viscosity and/or flow rate.


THERMOSTATIC VALVE ensures a fast oil temperature warming up in particular harsh climate, with very cold oils

during the start-up process, cold oil goes around the heat exchanger by-passing the core and preventing it from any possible damage.


as the oil reaches 40°c temperature, thermostatic valve begins to close proportionally until it reaches its complete shutdown at 55°c, avoiding thermal shocks. in the event that, due to sudden flow increases or physical decreases of the sections of the pipes, pressure overtakes the preset value of the by-pass valve, thermostatic valve opens protecting the core.

by-pass valve eliminates the pressure drops problem when the oil viscosity is higher and ensures better temperature control, making the cooler more performing.
